On Wednesday, January 28, Ocean Space Acoustics (OSAC) was invited by Inventas and the Ocean Autonomy Cluster (OAC) to share experiences from the development of PingMe, with a focus on challenges, key learnings, and what we would do differently today.
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a critical part of the development process for anyone creating physical products intended for small- or large-scale production. That morning, OAC and Inventas brought together product developers, manufacturing experts, and technology companies for a breakfast seminar at Inventas in Innherredsveien to share their experiences of taking products from prototype to market-ready solutions.
Ocean Space Acoustics’ Lars Vegard Slettemark presented the PingMe production journey, highlighting the challenges encountered along the way and how they were resolved. It was a valuable and engaging session, with productive discussions and exchange of experiences.
